-:-STRENGTHEN OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH PARENTS AND TEACHER -:-
WE MUST CONSIDER OUR PARENTS AND TEACHER AS MANY GESTATION OF GOD -:- we must give due respect and love to them to receive there love and guidance.
DO NOT HIDE THINGS FROM THEM -:- As hiding things lead to confusion, stress and strained relationship.
DO NOT FIND FAULTS IN THEM -:- If we see faults in our teachers and parents then we are not able to receive complete knowledge from them.
WE MUST UNDERSTAND THEM -:- Like we want our parents and teachers must understand us, in the same way they also want us to understand them. FOR EXAMPLE- my mother (or my teacher) is loving and caring, but these days she gets irritated easily or keeps scolding, then instead of farming opinion, we must try to understand the reason behind this behavior. May be she is not physically well or may be some family problem is there etc. our unconditional love, and understanding may helps us cope up that particular problem with less effort.
IN OUR LIFE, EACH ONE OF US WANTS TO BE BECOME SUCCESS.
SUCCESS -:- “success means progressive realization of worthy goal”. In simple words we can say that step by step moving towards our goal which is according to our value system is success. To achieve our goal right guidance is essential.
We get guidance from GURU. In our life at different age level we get guidance from our mentor, parents and teachers. They all are our guru. When a child is born MOTHER is the first guru of the child, she only introduce the child to his/her father, other family members and outer world.
Under the guidance of parents we learn to walk, speak and sit and do other activities. Once the child starts going to school then teacher are the guide who teach the child to read, write and imagine creatively and sharpen his/her spills are helps in developing the hidden talents.
We get the education in the school and outer world…..
EDUCATION IS OF TWO TYPES -:-
1. ONE THAT TEACHES HOW TO MAKE A LIVING -:- at home and in school, collages we get this education which helps in achieving our ambition (like doctor, lawyers, engineer, scientist, businessman, minister etc.) our teachers and parents import this education to us.
2. SECOND KIND OF EDUCATION IS ONE THAT TEACHES US HOW TO LIVE -:- this education we get in satsang and art of living classes. This helps to achieve our aim of life. Aim of each one of us is to know “who am I ?” or we can say to REUNITE WITH GOD(i.e bhagwad propti). This education is important by MENTOR, whom we call satguru. The one who brings us out of darkness to light of true knowledge is our mentor.
The role of a mentor is very important in our life, because our mentor gives unconditional love and reveals our true self that- we are not this body, we are atma, tatv (or we can say – god nirakar). Mentor tells us what is right and what is wrong: guides us to lead happy, peaceful, successful life. A mentor immediately corrects us when ever we are wrong and tells the right method of thinking and doing particular things.
IN THE INDIAN TRADITION, LOTS OF IMPORTANCE IS GIVEN TO GURU -:- E.G. ---
